This Gamay Noir is a new release from Hundred Suns and is fermented with native yeasts and done with 30% whole cluster. It is aged for about 11 months in terracotta amphora and french oak. The resulting wine is fresh and fruity while remaining serious in the glass. It has notes of dark cherries, pepper, and juicy acidity as well as some floral undertones.
