I am hosting a Rad to the Rhone Master Tasting that is going to rock next Monday! We will taste through 26 wines that represent the heart and soul of the Rhone Valley, both North and South, as well as a nice selection of top notch whites! Per usual the tasting will be at Maplewood Social Club in Dallas on Monday, February 24th, from 6PM-8PM, in a casual walk-around tasting format with regional information to take home.
I have gone through and picked out 26 wines representing the best of the Northern and Southern Rhone. There will be 10 Northern Rhone Reds as well as 10 Southern Rhone Reds with the remaining 6 wines being high quality whites! I have tried to curate a tasting in which you will basically drink 1 bottle of wine that represents the entire region. How better to learn than to imbibe with an open mind with good wine friends! Special pricing will be offered on the wines during this exclusive event as well. There will also be a large meat and cheese spread during the event. Space will be limited. Cost is $125 per person.
