The tequila is matured for 12 months in used American whiskey barrels, allowing the character of the agave to remain prominent alongside the influence of oak. Aromas of roasted agave, vanilla and dried tropical fruit lead to notes of toasted almond, cinnamon, strawberry, caramel and peppery agave on the palate, finishing long and dry.
