This single pasteurized Junmai Daiginjo from Omuraya Brewing in Shizuoka prefecture slays with  aromas and flavors of peaches, honeydew, and cantaloupe. This immensely popular sake is made with a trio of rice and is a great accompaniment to spicy BBQ chicken, Bang Bang Shrimp, or Tangy Carolina-style BBQ pork.

Recommended Serving Temperature: 40°-50°F or 90°-110°F
