Producer's Notes

Pays Welche is the geographical area in which the village of Lapoutroie is located, in the middle of the mountains at the foothills of the Vosges ridges. 

 

With our experience in fruit spirits, we have put together the best to elaborate our whiskey: barley rigorously selected, a double distillation, barrels of small capacities coming from large French wine estates and pure water taken at 950 meters above sea level, above our village, near the pond Devin.  

This amber-colored Whiskey Single Malt offers a nose with notes of almonds and cereals. On the palate, you will be seduced by aromas of meringue and coffee, all on an invigorating finish, punctuated by a slight bitterness.
