View : Bright yellow, with some golden reflection. Very fine bubble, forming an elegant rosary, ending in crown.
Nose : Highlights its freshness. Fruity with clear hints of water pear, apple and citrus. Pleasant notes of dried flowers and toast.
Mouth : Fresh and light, with good acidity. Salinity, memory of the sea, well integrated and with good aromatic expression. It emphasizes a floral and fruity character, but at the same time dry and wild. Dry and elegant finish.
