Producer's Notes

The historical vineyard La Ticota, planted by our grandfather in 1940, is the structural base of this exceptional cava. Its singularity gives it complexity, sobriety, elegance, and the ability to age. This cava with soft bubbles, which are a result of its long ageing, has an exuberant aromatic intensity.
