The 2016 Murmure de Larcis Ducasse is the second wine of Château Larcis Ducasse. Currants, saddle leather, dried herbs, and some truffle notes all emerge from this rounded, supple, layered wine that has a lot of class and character. With fine tannins and a forward, delicious style, drink it over the coming 5-7 years.

The 2016 Murmure de Larcis Ducasse is soft, fruity and supple, with a lovely savory and earthy character that adds aromatic nuance to the dark red and black fruit. The blend is 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc.

Caressing in feel, this combines purity and brightness with a stream of violet, plum and cassis aromas and flavors, laced with anise details as they flow through the accessible finish. Drink now through 2030.
