As floral and feminine as ever, the nose shows its usual lavender, cherry blossom and sandalwood aromas. Bing cherries and pomegranates make up the soft and supple mid-palate, while the finish tastes of liquorice and dried herbs, with a unique cashew note hanging on the palate afterwards. 222 cases produced.

Pale ruby, the 2016 Pinot Noir Emmaline Ann Vineyard opens with iodine, graphite and tea leaves with dried cranberry and blackberry fruit. The medium-bodied palate bursts with detailed fruits streaked with bright mineral and citrus accents. It has a firm, ripe frame and very juicy finish packed with flavor. It's a powerful expression that will age well in the cellar.
The 2016 Emmaline-Ann Vineyard is dark and powerful, with more of a distinct sense of whole cluster savoriness and to match its insistent structural feel. Pine, mint, black cherry, citrus, licorice and dried flowers add aromatic intrigue to this dark, beautifully layered Pinot Noir. This is another stellar wine from Ross Cobb.

Some ethereal perfume with bright strawberries, cherries and graphite. The palate has a very succulent, long and fresh feel. The structure is a real highlight, as is the length. Drink or hold.
