Producer's Notes

The grape varieties that make up the wine are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Patty Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec. The wine is grown for about 12 months in French oak barrels and another 4 months in concrete containers before bottling into Petit Castel, a color that tends to have a royal purple, and is a full-bodied wine, refined tannins and a harmonious balance between wood and fruit flavors. The wine reaches its peak between 3-5 years from the vintage year. It is recommended to infuse the wine before serving
