The 2020 Pinot Noir Meredith Estate is rich with primary fruit and notes of black cherry cola, lavender candy, and pine sap. The structure is full and grounding, with cocoa powder, red plum skin, and cedar spice. Hold this another year or so and drink over the next 15 years.
Vibrant fruits, subtle herb and oak accents and nervy acidity bring an elegant but powerful expression to this focused, delicious and just slightly restrained wine. Great balance, moderate tannins and the fruit intensity all indicate more enjoyment with time. Best from 2025-2032.
Aromas of ripe red and black fruit, bark and oolong. Full-bodied with bright, berry acidity. Velvety tannins. More fruity than the nose lets on, but it’s savory at its core. Sage and rosemary. Complex, but remains approachable. Tight. Great length. Best after 2025.
Medium ruby-purple, the 2020 Pinot Noir Meredith Estate has aromas of blueberries, black cherry jam, tar, iron, lavender and licorice. The palate is medium-bodied with pleasantly chewy tannins, understated cherry fruit, bright acidity and a long, spicy finish. Drink it over the short term for its bright, spicy fruits.
