This profound and powerful Chardonnay exhibits a rich, complex tintensity that can only be found in unfiltered wines. The grapes are predominantly grown in the Carneros region where bay breezes and morning fog combine to create the cooler climate ideal for growing Chardonnay rich with concentrated flavors.

Pure and creamy nose with some toasted hazelnut to the lemons and nectarines. Lightly briny on the palate, with a fine, mineral touch to the long, creamy finish.

Subtle oak spices mingle with lots of golden apple, yellow peach and pineapple flavors in this lightly oaked, medium-bodied wine that was barrel-fermented with indigenous yeast.

The 2020 Chardonnay Unfiltered is fresher and steely, with bright, honeyed apple and floral notes to go with a medium-bodied, focused, yet balanced style on the palate. It’s a Chardonnay that makes you salivate and has an almost Chablis-like vibe.
