Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Dr. Crane Vineyard offers up beguiling scents of Morello cherries, mulberries and blackcurrant pastilles, plus underlying cinnamon stick, chocolate mint and tilled soil hints. Medium to full-bodied, the palate reveals a firm and fine-grained texture, allowing the black and red fruits to shimmer with jaw-dropping energy, finishing on a persistent spicy note.
 

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Dr. Crane Vineyard is cut from the same cloth, offering a Graves-like array of tobacco, scorched earth, chocolate, and cassis. Beautifully textured, medium to full-bodied, and balanced, with a great finish, it’s slightly more fleshy and approachable than the 2018 and will shine for 15 years as well. Best After 2022

A racy-edged Cabernet, with cassis and damson plum notes lined with savory and iron accents. The toast is judicious on the finish, letting the fruit and savory elements leave a mouthwatering echo.

Leafy character to the array of ripe cassis and blackberries, together with hints of cedar and spice. Full-bodied with fine tannins and ripe-fruit character on the palate. Juicy and delicious with lots of forest-floor flavors.
