Composition: 100% Cabernet Franc
Vintage Year: 2016
Origin: The Cabernet Franc grapes were harvested from two vineyard sites. The first vineyard is located at the top of the Ephraim Hills, at an altitude of 650 m above sea level. The second site is located in the heights of the Judean Hills. Both sites may be characterized by a mountainous climate, moderate vigor and significant differences between average day and chilly night temperatures. Together these characteristics contribute to this sites’ ability to experience a balanced growth and ripening that is reflected in the intricacy of this Cabernet Franc’s flavor and aroma profile

Full of spice and green bell pepper notes, dried thyme and tarragon. Fresh and juicy with a searing acidity, very assertive. Nominated by Michela Nassiz.
