Producer's Notes

The nose is dense, slightly sanguine, expressing a beautiful aromatic intensity based on its black fruits and a little liquorice too.
The palate, despite a tight and structured framing, remains juicy and supple. The body is chiselled, delicate and silky thanks to ripe tannins, is also reminiscent of a cherry stalk. The sapidity that we perceive at the end, all while reducing the effect of alcohols, gives it a renewed energy, a silky vibrancy of the terroir of the "Passetemps".
