Our Return Policy

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable Texas laws, most sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will work with you to resolve any issues with your order.

What We Can Accept

We accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective, spoiled, or unfit for consumption, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders: If we shipped you the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, we will correct the error at no charge to you.

Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

What We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with
  • Products purchased as part of a final sale or special promotion (unless defective)
  • Custom gift baskets or personalized items (unless there was an error on our part)


Important: Texas law prohibits the return of alcoholic beverages once they have left our premises, except in cases of defect or error.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Step 2: Review
Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or photos.

Step 3: Resolution
If your return is approved, we will:

  • Arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, or
  • Process a refund to your original payment method

Refund Timing:
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Do not dispose of the product or packaging. We may need to inspect it or require photos for documentation.

  3. Keep your order confirmation for reference

We will do everything we can to make it right.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong product or an incorrect quantity:

  3. Keep the incorrect product until we provide return instructions (if applicable)

We will send you the correct product at no additional charge and arrange for the return of the incorrect item.

Cancelled Orders

Before Shipment:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at pogos@pogoswine.com or (214) 350-8989. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After Shipment:
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Standard return policies apply.

Gift Returns

If you received a Pogo's product as a gift and would like to return it:

  • Provide details about the product and reason for return
  • We will work with you to find a solution, which may include store credit or an exchange

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for gifts without proof of purchase.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Age Verification Failure:
If your order cannot be delivered due to failed age verification (no one 21+ available to sign), the order will be returned to us and no refund will be issued. You may arrange to pick up the order at our store or reschedule delivery for an additional fee.


Incorrect Address:
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees to reship the order.


Refused Delivery:
If you refuse delivery of your order, no refund will be issued. You may arrange to pick up the order at our store.
