Hangar One Vodka is produced in Alameda, California, inside a former naval aircraft hangar overlooking San Francisco Bay. Since its founding in 2002, the distillery has focused on crafting vodka with character, relying on careful distillation and thoughtful ingredients rather than chasing neutrality alone.
The spirit begins with a blend of Midwestern grain and Viognier grapes sourced from California vineyards. Distillation takes place in small batches, building a vodka with a soft texture and subtle aromatic lift from the grape component. The goal is balance and purity while preserving a sense of place.
