What are your store hours?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 10am-9pm and are closed on Sundays.

Are you open on holidays?

Our holiday hours may vary. Please check our hours on Google for the most accurate information. 

We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. 

Ordering & Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards both in-store and online.

When is my card charged?

Your card is both authorized and charged at checkout both online and in-store.

In-Store Pickup

Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?

Yes. Please be sure to select in-store pickup during checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours of purchase, but if you need it sooner just give us a call and we’ll try our best to meet your timing needs.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

A valid government-issued ID is required. You must be 21+ years or older to purchase and pick up in-store.

Do I need to be 21 years old to purchase and pick up my order?

Yes. All customers must be 21 years or older to both make purchases, get deliveries or pick up in-store.

Can THC products be purchased for in-store pickup?

THC products are only available to purchase in-store, no online orders. You must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued ID to purchase in-store.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer shipping?

Unfortunately due to state laws, we are unable to ship alcoholic beverages. We can only deliver locally within Dallas County.

Is an adult signature required?

Yes, we require an adult signature, 21 years or older,  for all deliveries.

How long does delivery take?

Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

Deliveries require an adult (21+) to be present to receive and sign for the order. If no one is available during your selected delivery window, our driver will return the order to the store.

We’ll contact you to reschedule delivery at the next available time. Please note that additional delivery fees may apply for reattempted deliveries.

Can THC products be delivered?

Unfortunately, no. THC products are only available for purchase in-store. You can see our selection online, but you cannot make THC purchases online. You must be 21 years of age or older, and present a valid government-issued ID to purchase THC products in-store.

Product Availability

Are all products listed online available in-store?

While we strive for absolute accuracy, availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Can I special order a product?

Our team is always happy to assist with special requests whenever possible. Contact us directly to inquire about availability on any of our products.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return products?

We accept returns for bottles of wine and spirits that are unopened and  undamaged, within 14 days of original purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Beer and non-alcoholic items including food and provisions, accessories, etc., can not be returned.

What if I receive a damaged bottle?

Please contact us promptly and if possible, keep the flawed bottle to return to us. If the bottle is flawed, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Events & Tastings

Does Pogo’s host tastings or events?

Yes. We regularly host complimentary in-store tastings featuring visiting winemakers, distillers, industry experts, and our own Sommeliers — no reservation required, just stop by.

We also offer exclusive, ticketed experiences at our Tasting Room in the Dallas Design District. These more intimate events typically require a reservation, as space is limited.

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do. Online, we offer values from $25-$500. If you’d like to purchase a gift card for a custom amount, give us a call or swing by the store. Gift cards can be used in-store as well as online.

Do your gift cards expire?
  • Our gift cards do not expire.
