This Meursault makes quite a statement. Bold nose of mirabelle and candied orange with a touch of toast, then an equally bold palate, in which the oak underlines the ample body, giving the wine an emphatic dryness that some may find a bit much, while other chardonnay fans will delight in it. Drink or hold.

A sleek, crisp white, revealing peach, apple, lemon and a touch of honey. Open-knit yet firm, with baking spices adorning the lingering finish. Drink now through 2026. 928 cases made, 244 cases imported.

 Ripe and fresh aromas offer up notes of hazelnut, white orchard fruit and a whiff of citrus confit along with a hint of phenolic character. The delicious, round and caressing middle weight flavors possess reasonable vibrancy while displaying good length on the very dry, and moderately austere finale where a touch of warmth surfaces. This relatively robust effort will need at least a few years to add depth.
