The selected perfectly matured bunches are placed into small stainless-steel tanks for a temperature controlled fermentation. The wine is aged for 16 months in French and American oak.

Goes well with lamb, beef, pork, pasta and stews. Pairs with Cheese and grilled vegetables.

Slightly tarry on the nose with roasted spices to the dark cherries and strawberries. Medium to full body on the palate with more innate fruit allures and tannins. Shows good balance and length with some fine-grained tannins. Drink or hold.

An elegant red, with a dark fruit core of boysenberry coulis, black plum reduction and dried fig buoyed by fresh, well-cut acidity. Delivers an appealing range of star anise, mocha, dried mint and rose hip notes that add detail and complexity, while lightly chalky tannins firm the graphite- and spice-laced finish.

Ruby colored in the glass, this wine has a nose of cassis, anise and smoked meats. Flavors of black raspberry, red plum and crushed violet blossoms all wrapped in a silky tannic sheath that wends its way toward a long-lasting finish.
