The first wine to be certified organic is the 2020 Corimbo, from a vintage that is riper and has more alcohol, and it shows more rusticity than the 2019 I tasted next to it. It has 14.5% alcohol with a pH of 3.7. It has some spiciness from the barrels, which should integrate with some more time in bottle.
Quite a bit of fruit, with lustrous cherries, plums, hibiscus and a touch of spices. Tight-grained and sinewy on the palate, with a medium to full body and a very good finish. More bones than flesh here. Needs one more years to soften.
