Straw-yellow colour. On the nose it is reminiscent of citrus and stone fruit aromas such as peach or apricot and notes of fennel. It is a complex nose in which the wine evolves aromatically in the glass showing different nuances. Balanced, dense and creamy mouthfeel.
Perfect pairing with baked fish such as Sea Bass or Dorada. Equally nice with a mushroom risotto.
Light, glistening straw color. Incisive scents of lemon pith, pear skin, ginger and dusty minerals take on floral and herb accents with air. Sharply focused and vibrant on the palate, offering chewy citrus and orchard fruit flavors complemented by bitter quinine and bay leaf nuances. Finishes taut, focused and long, leaving echoing citrus fruit and floral notes behind.
