The 2022 Pinot Noir Widdoes Vineyard is a rich, heady wine. Super-ripe dark cherry, Kirsch, white flowers and hard candy are front and center. The exuberance of the year is very much evident. High-toned aromatics from the Martini clone lend a distinctive flair to the finish. I think this is a bit quirky at this stage, as it shows a bit of elevated ripeness.
