The NV Brut Rosé (47% Chardonnay, 24% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, 9% still Rosé of Pinot Noir, all from Chouilly) offers lovely vinous intensity in a mid-weight, nervy style that makes it versatile at the dinner table or even as an aperitif. Crushed red berry fruit, blood orange, chalk and white pepper are all delineated. The airy, chalky finish is quite attractive. Dosage is 7.1 grams per liter. Disgorged: December, 2022.
