Springtime in a bottle! Dominique Belluard is a local legend in the Savoie region from a local village called Ayze. He has been dedicated to making wines that speak a great sense of place and expressiveness. He sadly passed away during pandemic but his legacy lives on through the vision of his family and friends. 100% Altesse. Aged on lees in concrete eggs and stainless steel. The wine is medium bodied with notes of citrus, thyme and stone fruit. A crisp and mineral driven wine that will be great with Pan Seared Halibut with English Peas and fingerling potatoes.
