What could be better than Beaujolais for Thanksgiving? I always love a slightly chilled Cru Beaujolais with my turkey and cranberry sauce. Mee Godard started the winery in 2013 with just 1.3 hectares and she is pretty much a one-woman show! She is known for producing low-intervention organic wines with complexity and structure. The Corcelette comes from 70 year old vines grown on granite slopes, and the flavors are intense red and black fruits, black cherry, floral undertones, with a hint of pepper and distinct minerality.
