Tasted before its August bottling, the 2023 Pinot Noir Estate clearly displays this site's hallmarks: dark-fruited, saline and herbal, with a lifted, perfumed quality to the aromas overall. The palate is very silky and precise, lined with a fine-grained chalkiness that introduces a stiff, structured yet ultimately giving and delicious finish.
