The La Maratre bottling from Domaine du Nozay is considered their flagship wine. The estate was founded in 1971 and has been biodynamic since 2017. To me this is textbook Sancerre. Flinty undertones coming from the chalk soils, juicy stone fruits, and subtle citrus make this wine super quaffable, especially during the hot summer months. I love it on it's own or with an arugula and goat cheese salad with lemon vinaigrette. - Mel Kaman
