Producer's Notes

The estate has been vinifying since 2000 in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation, vines in the place called "Pressonnier", joined in early 2007 by vines in the place called "Les Etelois", in 2011 in the place called "Les Billards", and in the place called “Les Craix”.
The latter benefit from a better location and poorer, stony ground, further improving the quality of the assembly.
