The 2021 Thörnicher Kabinett opens with a pure and finely spicy/mineral bouquet of bright fruits and crushed slate with iodine notes. Round and filigreed on the palate, with crystalline acidity and juicy, textured fruit, this is an elegant and refined Mosel Riesling from Thörnich. 9% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted in October 2022.
