Hourglass's 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate—from the four-acre original parcel in northern Saint Helena—is dusty and gently herbal, with darker fruit than the 2023 and more black cherries than red. It's full-bodied, rich, earthy and savory, despite having plenty of ripe fruit. Supple and smooth, with a creamy texture and plush finish, it's an early-drinking charmer that still offers considerable depth
