Isabelle Suire is a fourth-generation winemaker from Berrie, a small village close to Saumur. Her 2022 Saumur Blanc is made from grapes grown in parcels established as early as the 1980s. Inspired by the acclaimed Romain Guibertau, Isabelle has transitioned her vineyards to organic farming and adopted a hands-off approach in the cellar. The wine itself is a delightful expression, offering a harmonious blend of yellow pears, bright lemon zest, and distinct chalky minerality.
