Here too the restrained and wonderfully elegant nose is kaleidoscopically spicy with its aromas of soy, hoisin, exotic tea and airy dark berry fruit. The rich, powerful and enveloping larger-scaled flavors coat the palate with sappy dry extract while delivering superb length on the impressively persistent Zen-like finish. This is not massively constituted but it possesses everything it needs to repay multiple decades of aging.
