The 2018 Chablis Les Sechets 1er Cru is ample, creamy and layered. Dried flowers, mint, orchard fruit, chamomile and spice all develop in a wonderfully expressive, perfumed wine that is pure sensuality. Sweet floral notes and silky textures make for a super-appealing Chablis.

This is even more citrus-inflected with its notes of grapefruit, lemon zest and orange peel that also display reasonably good typicity. The exceptionally rich, indeed even opulent, flavors possess a surprisingly fine palate impression, all wrapped in markedly dry if slightly warm finale.
