The 2023 Aligoté Las Cimas Vineyard is an absolute delight. Soft contours and lifted, bright aromatics are immediately alluring. This a pretty soft style for the variety, especially in this vintage, but it works so well. Citrus confit, white flowers, chalk and white pepper build into the sustained, resonant finish. This is a terrific example of Aligoté with a touch of California sun.
