This wine is produced in Austria by Master Sommelier June Rodil and importer Cat Miles in partnership with winemaker Markus Huber. It's a bespoke blend of 50% Zweigelt and 50% Pinot Noir, grown on Markus Huber's certified organic estate in Traisental, Austria. The grapes undergo a short period of skin contact (6 hours), giving the wine its light pink hue. It's then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for several months. Lively and refreshing wine with notes of strawberry, peach, and apricot. It has a sharp acidity and a soft, plush fizz. Absolutely delicious!
