Producer's Notes

TASTING NOTES Crystalline citrine colour with straw tones. Presents an exuberant nose of tropical fruits well combined with attractive floral notes. Smooth in the taste, dry, with a great structure and a stupendous balance.

RECOMMENDATIONS An involving and refreshing option to start any meal. Served fresh or with ice, it is perfect with salted almonds and olives. Combines deliciously with light appetizers, like a salad with strawberries and spinach or a velvety salmon soufflé. The multiplicity of possible harmonies is superb, having the consumer the pleasure to go in search of new flavours. Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
