Perfumed aromas of wild blackberries, strawberries, potpourri and citrus peel. The palate is medium-bodied with focused acidity and fine tannins, giving notes of boysenberries, dark cherries, hibiscus and cassia bark. Very pretty, with a underlying savory note.
The 2022 Pinot Noir Gap's Crown Vineyard reveals a darker ruby red hue and is ripe on the nose with notes of cherry cordial, pine, leather, and mossy earth. Full-bodied, it fills the palate with supple, ripe tannins, a silky, fruity roundness, and a ripe but well-managed finish. Drink 2025-2035.
