Tasting note: A vague whiff of the exotic lurks in the background to the nose of dried orange peel, lemon confit, mineral reduction and an interesting hint of star anise. There is both excellent volume and intensity yet a similar degree of refinement to the equally stony and impressively long finish where an even more prominent bitter lemon character is present. Lovely though patience is strongly advised
