The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Vindey-Montgueux is a bright, nervy Champagne. Crushed rocks, lemon peel, white pepper, slate and sage confer vibrant intensity. Clean, bracing and refreshing, the Blanc de Blancs is beautifully done. This release is perhaps a touch slender, but I admire its energy. Time in the glass brings out a lovely texture to round things out. Dosage is 2gr/L. Disgorged: January, 2023.
