This single vineyard Pinot Bianco comes from high elevations vines facing southeast (the best ones do!), and from Moraine soil that consists of different kinds of rocks that were formed millions of years ago from the glaciers in the Alps, which are well draining and allow for a longer ripening period. This creates a remarkably complex wine with a full body and high concentration. A great combination of orchard fruit, citrus and tropical notes and a touch of herbal notes. Try this with grilled swordfish or white pastas. - Chris Rodriguez
