Nanbu Bijin gives offers this Umeshu (Plum Wine) that is made without any addition of sugar (Muto). The naturally sweet Ume Plums are brought to Iwate prefecture from Wakayama prefecture. The sake is easy to drink with refreshing crispness, and a gorgeous rose color. It has a lower alcohol content than most sake, so you can enjoy more glasses. This pairs well with any meal, but is especially, Char Sui Pork, Beef Bourguignon, or Smoked Salmon with Bagels and Cream Cheese.

Recommended Serving Temperature: 40°-50°F or 95°-105°F
