A beautiful, tangy cinsault full of life. I love the white sesame reduction here with pomegranate, grapefruit and white pepper. Juicy and delicious, with a medium body and firm, chalky tannins. Long and polished. Fleshier if you compare with the more austere Newk. Watch out, this is dangerously drinkable. 160 cases of 12 bottles made.
