Here too post-bottling reduction masks much of the underlying fruit though citrus hints peek through. As is almost always the case, there is more volume and power if less refinement to the bigger-bodied flavors that possess fine depth and excellent persistence. This is quite good as well and a wine that should also amply repay up to a decade of cellaring.
