One of the new superstars of winemaking in the Fruili region on Italy. "Ronc Platat" meaning Hidden Hills, works with small plantings such Chardonnay, Friulano and Ribolla and Refrosco and others. Biodynamic farming and a hands off approach is what he has always inspired his winemaking style. This wine is aged in stainless steel finishing in neutral barrel which gives way to the white peach and meyer lemon with underlying mineral notes. Enjoy with grilled Halibut and sauteed English peas and carrots. - Brian Newman
