Aromas and flavors of crisp nectarines, alpine strawberries, papaya and lemongrass deliver a satiating and lengthy Sauvignon Blanc with a pleasing texture and palate-stimulating acidity.

An impressive white, showing ruby grapefruit, yuzu, mango and grilled Meyer lemon flavors, with accents of wild fennel and lemon oregano, plus hints of tarragon and white pepper, all on a sleek and juicy frame. There's plenty of intensity on the finish. Drink now. 4,724 cases made.

There’s a real sense of structure to this, with dried melon and apples as well as phenolics to back it up. It’s medium- to full-bodied with lovely fruit and a flavorful finish. Some white peaches, too. Drink or hold.

While a small portion of the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Dollarhide Estate was barrel fermented in French oak (15%), the rest was made in stainless steel. Pencil shavings do show up on the nose, alongside grapefruit and passion fruit, plus riper notes of fig and melon. It's medium-bodied, with a faintly silky texture that brings added interest to the finish.
