The 2022 Bouzeron Blanc comes from purchased fruit. It has quite a phenolic bouquet, melted candle wax and light tangerine notes emerging with time. The palate has pronounced acidity on the entry, very citrusy, segueing into a finish that offers a dab of curry leaf (in fact, I can imagine drinking this with a curry).(NM)
