PÉT-NAT 2022 - 87% Mouvédre, 13% Malvasia Bianca AND Crooked Post Vineyards and Nogalreo Estate (respectively), High Plains, 2022. native ferment, ~5 months aging on Lees Pre-Disgorge. 12% alcohol. 187 cases.

We are thrilled with this sparkling rosé. A totally polished wine featuring a strong salted melon + prosciutto vibe. That smooth melon and salinity fives way to a clean, polished finish with a light bubble - like coming up from an underwater dip in the sea.
