Producer's Notes

A bright yellow color. Aromas of pear, green apple, apricot and notes of white chocolate. On the palate it presents balanced acidity, good mineralogy and texture. Full-bodied with a long finish.

Aromas of crushed stones and cooked apples with lemon rind. Full-bodied with a layered, phenolic texture. Lots of dried lemon. Flavorful finish. Barrel-fermented and aged in 20% new wood.
