Producer's Notes

Clear, pale, peach hue with a salmon pink core. The nose opens up with subtle notes of red berries which give way to more intense aromas of citrus fruits and dried mango after a few swirls in the glass. The palate is underpinned by distinctive notes of Corsican clementine and grapefruit. The finish is beautifully fresh with lingering menthol notes.

Melon, candied cherries and some wafers follow through to a medium body with fresh acidity. Succulent and fruity with a touch of white pepper towards the finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
